suppose my site is mysite.com and i have subdomain like godzilla.mysite.com

so i want to download all files and folders from godzilla subdomain only.

how to do that.

you can download it on your cpanel when u zip the folders then u can download even public_html can be downloaded or backuped as well if ftp manager has dload/zip function nothing is impossible man

i logged into my cpanel and where to find a selection button to select my subdomain?

if i select my subdomain then it opens all files in my cpanel.

select foder and download it. All files in that folder will be downloaded.

Go to your subdomain, then check where the subdomain's folder, and go to the folder

this is what you need man:
backup your site and save the archive on your desktop. Then download WinRar or 7Z and extract only the folder which coresponds to subdomain. Then, delete the backup-ed archive. This is a save and clear solution for what you are looking for. And this takes less time than talking here.

You can also use net2ftp or cpanel and add your subdomain folder into a zip file
