Add ons domain creating problem!!

i have changed my host . here its gave me xcpanel/cp cpanel accelerated 2.

before i used vista panel n there esy to add addons domain .but my new host im trubling to add addon domain


i saw there is some fields are

New Domain Name:
Subdomain/Ftp Username:
Document Root: /

Password:
Password (Again):

i filled this form and click add domain



but its says me



There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: mob.cz.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.


please anyone can help??

Its already parked as u said u used another hosting.delete from their frm addon domains .

Domain takes 24 hours before it too work on your site.

You can not change then add domain and all is fine...

You may note that add domain on old server has to be unplug or you face 2 linking

2. Remove the dns from your domain control panel and point it to the new one and wait 48 hr or so.
3. Try again

where i can find the DNS server name ??

in my previews hosting when i go to addons domain i saw my dns server name (it is vista cpanel)



but here i cant find it

ns1.myhostprovidername.com
ns2.myhostprovidername.com ??

or

ns1.mysite.myhostprovidername.com
ns2.mysite.myhostprovidername.com ??

if its free hosting use there's dns..

I think i got it ,my host provider said that it support "all top level domain"

Yes that i'm more than likely your problem, Guess it does not allow you to change your dns on the domain control panel provided just redirect/I-frame, A record etc ?.

http://youname.cz.cc is a sub domain where as http://cz.cc is a top-level domain. I used to hate using free subdomains. One of the reasons i registers my domain for 10 years . Good Luck bro.

Contact your host is the best advice i could give in this instance.
