if u upload PHP scripts in binary mode , the ASCII-Binary conversion will take failure and
will show nothing or some zeros and ones.

net2ftp is online uploader and very easy to work with but multiple files should be selected one by one, for multiple uploads i use SmartFTP.
should all php scripts and singel php files be uploaded in ASCII mode and cgi files in BINARY mode only?

Not always. The GB top script which is zend encoded php requires some files to be uploaded in ACCII mode and some in BINARY to make it work properly.net2ftp is online uploader and very easy to work with but multiple files should be selected one by one, for multiple uploads i use SmartFTP.

using net2ftp.com online limits me to a certain amount of usage and how much i can do on my server at a time and how much i can upload in a day, when reached i can only view files and folders on the server.
net2ftp say i should install the ftp browser on my own server for more usage at a time so i downloaded the web browser but wanna know before i install it on my own server is there anything i need to know or is there a more appropriate online ftp program i can use that work as fine as net2ftp?
