        no he means by is it off site then usa servers that is warez allowed in offshore hosting

        You can't host ware site if its not offshore hosting service

          Yeah u r rite..
          I know a offshore hosting which offers warez hosting at cheap price..
          I think they offer offshore hosting only for reseller package..
          If anyone is interested for offshore reseller can have a look at :
          Reseller - At ihostx
          I guess someone who has $$ can start a offshore webhosting company with this

            servers rebuild to bigger then i crapped my php folder up

            now i have to reinstall php5 again
