dont get co.cc if your domain get large number of hit then they will steal it

where are you from ? just find a domain registrar near you that you could able to send payment by bank

yeah if some one send them a abusing or spamimg mail they will delete ya domain they should see proof etc else people can misuse it and owner could loose users
