I think best hosting is Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Dedicated Servers - Website Hosting w/ cPanel - HostGator i use it one years and dont have problems.

my3gb.com put js code on your page,sometimes give error on your pages,and no..they dont allow upload.
