HELP Server Load 2.17 (4 cpus)(red)

i have hosting a my site my Cpanel --->Service Status Click to View n -->server load 0.14(4 cpus)(greem)my site runing ok

using a linux hosting
i m a new the hosting i didt know server load y is a RED its mean server load 5.00 then my acount suspended ohhhhh
plz plz help how to reduse my server load

first of all login ssh and see what the load is being caused by. from that you can then take necasarry action to prevent it hapning again.

the server load here in in average 7 to 15, 4 cpus

oh yeh i fogot to ask if your on a dedicated server or not. if your on a vps or a hosting account report it to the server company. they will remove the person whos causing the laod, it may not even be you.
