I host my side company site on a GoDaddy server, domain name was bought off domainsite.com and I run a mail server on my OVH server...
but on the OVH server I also run just a regular www server to remote upload stuff from.. it uses port 80 (the standard www port)
and the mail server uses 8080
is there a way to somehow make it so that when you type mail.sitename.com it will take you to port 8080 on my OVH server rather then port 80?
when i try to input in the dns management section of domainsite.com.. it says "ERROR:
Invalid character used for record answer."
* input the 8080 port
