Collocation, Server Housing

i want to buy me a server, and place it in a datacenter, well... my problem is i cant find a good datacenter for it or if i find one the trafic prices a realy high.

So do you know some good datacenters i can compare.

And another thing is the traffic for collocation = server bandwidth?

Because after calculate all costs it still looks like a hosting companies offer server + bandwidth cheeper than to have an own server and and put it to some datacenter.

why dont you go for theplanet.com,iweb.com,easyspeedy.com from these center we have taken the server they are reliable
