Suggest me a host for $5?

Looking for a host that is about $5/month.
Need unlimited hosted domains. Don't need a lot of space.
Maybe 20gb bandwidth. And more in the far future.
.Htaccess must be supported for mod_rewrite.

So any suggestions??
