Free Fsockopen enable Hosting

Hi.
I Need fsockopen enable free hosting for using rapidleech script.there is a site 000webhost,they have enable,but there server download speed is too slow.i cant download a 5mb file from ziddu.com via rapidleech script.I need Badly a host.i have to download maximum 1GB files from some file sharing sites to a web server.so thats why i have to use rapidleech script.my bad luck that i have a paid hosting but they disable fsockopen function.So any one please help me with this
