can you register a cpanel on subdomain of other domain?

is it possible to register a cpanel on an subdomain of another domain?

ie: domain.co.za hosted in South Africa

I'm trying to set up aus.domain.co.za on server in austrailia, but still need to register hosting, is it possible? or how to park subdomain on aus server as opposed to localhost for domain in sa...

Create "A" Record, you can host your subdomain on aus server.
