Domain hosting- what type do you need?

I see many of us are just running a site grabber basically. It's good and creates not much of problems with bandwith consumption etc.
So please let me know how much space you think you would require as i am planning to start a hosting site which offers just the right plan for the customers.

1. Let me know how much bandwith is required
2. Disk space
3. Email
4. Sub-domains
5. Miscellaneous

i see many new hosting offer $1/month for unlimited bandwith and space. u should begin with $1/month too to attract more customer
