Building Wap Sites

hi, excuse me if ive posted in the wrong forum and apolgies for my lack of technical knowledge

i currently own a small wap chat site, ( its a scotpaul site).


ive been thinking of getting another site built along the same lines as my existing one, i would need to find a friendy helpful programmer who can help me with this, as well as all the other things. eg servers etc.

my knowledge is very basic im afraid.

im curerently paying ?20 a month to run on the existing server.

any help or advice to this novice greatly appreciated.
