All suggestion are good. DNS, CNAME are available in cpanel 11 as latest cpanel. you can set cname and A name.

not any wap hosting. make site on wap site creator as wen.ru xtgem.com etc.
wap web hosting are same hosting but only differ in css styles and web design,
