help guys, i dont know if our hosting is good, and i do n0t know how to change our domain to premium. Anybody help.

They have the best free hosting I have ever experienced. But their terms are very hard to keep and they suspend very quickly. The worst thing is they have suspended one of my accounts still they havent deleted it.
So I updated my domains nameservers and moved to a paid server, but still sometimes it goes to that damn suspended page. Is there any option to clear the nameserver history of my domain?
