Why Co.Cc domain not registering

Hi frndz,i tried registering co.Cc but it doesnt register,is ther any other site wher they give a cool free subdomain juzt like co.cc...

You can also use
.Tk - but some people don't want it
.Uni.Cc - I guess this has a slow propagation. Its nice.
