Pls if you have the experience on how to code this 1to1 chat/1on1 chat/ instant chat/standalone chat. Pls post how to do it code. I only need how to carry/process the coding and any other that need it on their site will code it on his/her own. Pls just enlight us how to coding. I cant only code public chat and i have think so many time on how to it, i get confused on my way

are you serious? who wolud stay in a chat and wait 30mns for new message/notification.

There is noting hard in 1 to 1 chat, if its open then session/cookie is the way to go, if its a reg/login system then its even easier fetch message then join ids or select where id equal senders id matching recpt id

Its simple,create a table with the two user ids,then a date and message column.and use ajax to refresh the messages every 15sec,

when simple

echo '<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="15" />'; 

would do same refreshing
