500 Internal Server Error

My site got this error, even I remove htaccess.
What are the possibilities why I encountered this error?
I didn't do anything. It just appear.
I ask my host, and said that I'm the only one who experiencing this issue.

Wrong Chmond file on folders Or Php files

The permission still in the same before.
755 for folder and 644 for php files

You need to format your "public_html" folder. Backup your file & scripts to local disk,delete it now create again. Install script without .htaccess now it will run.

I deleted all the files, and the Error gone!
And I upload some files.
When I open the php file, the 500 error appear.
But not in .gif and .html.

1. upgrade ur php
2. have a look at ur apache's config file, there may be errors
3. chk ur php script for the modification it does to the server configs
4. change ur host
5. find a coffe show and order 2 cup coffee :D
