How to auto create a new page?

Hey guys i've tried many times and failed, i've googled it but found nothing, can someone please tell me the php code to create a new page automatically e.g to create page2.php when 10 people have signed a guestbook and create page3.php when 20 have signed and so on, also to create the following page in autoindex script once a certain number of links has been created.
