Which software to use for a web-based application

Hello,
I am developing a web-based application (using JAVA)
I wanted to know which software will be suitable--> NetBeans 6.8 or Dreamweaver (or any other)

Developers use Netbeans. Or Eclipse (but I never tested this one).

I'll be using Netbeans to create .java files (processing logic)....
Is it a good idea to use Dreamweaver CS4 to create the frontend? ....Also will there be any synchronization problems??
