The user is asking how to change title and stuff

You can use
$str = preg_replace('<title>DOWNS.CO.CC</title>', '<title>HACKS URL GRABBER</title>', $str);

it will change
DOWNS.CO.CC

to
HACKS URL GRABBER

You can't change size of the download.

You can change download area to your own but you will need my get download from url script.
