FFMPEG! doesnt work with my HOST why?

i have 3 files installed @ C:\xampp\htdocs\ffmpeg of my computer
ffmpeg is only a name that i choose in creating that directory..


this are the 3 files:
ffmpeg.exe
ffplay.exe
pthreadGC2.dll

i have a script that can take SCREENSHOT on video when you run the script.
SUCCESS!! i got it but..
when i apply this @ my host.

i upload the file .. the 3 files. and nothings happen when i run my script..

maybe my host not support FFMPPEG??

contact with hosting owner. may be ffmpeg not installed on sever. ffmpeg consumed more bandwidth and All hosting owner is not provide it.
