I have created a site but when i click 0n REGISTER option this thing is displaying ""Register for this IP range is disable at the moment please check later"" so how to enable it?

go to phpMyAdmin, open the sql table, select the table settings and replace INSERT INTO `tablename_settings` VALUES (6, 'reg', '0 ');
with
INSERT INTO `tablename_settings` VALUES (6, 'reg', '1 ');


'reg','0' CHANGE with 'reg','1'


reg 0 = closed registration
reg 1 = open registration

Ibwf_settings is there , there is no table_settings

1. Id
2. Name
3. Value

delete that your table settings and replace it with this code which was written by hidden (a complete copy this code).. rename tablename_settings >>> ibwf_settings
