    yes u read correctly
    found a nice tutorial on how to make yr pc or laptop into an offline web server with mysql.
    this software can be configured to be a real server on yr machine as well great for those who cant afford hosting but wana learn how to code and dont have the internet at home.this tutorial may be valuable to you
    NOTE:// also good for those wishing to learn web security on servers and the likes...
