Grab/Copy Files From A host's Unprotected Folder

Hello Every One I want some files from another host without using ftp.Is there is any idea to copy files from another website by using .$_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'] method .If any one have good idea pls share
1. I want to copy files from example.com/downloads to mydomain.com/downloads by using url box
