heya has anybody got or can help me with the coding so that owners can upload there own logos and banners staff lists images etc for wap desire v2???? would be much appreciated thank you x

unless you make sure all picture names uploaded are called exactly the same as ones in script (including same format)
you will be talking about quite a lot of work adjusting picture name to strings then storing them in database so they can be easily adjusted -
do this is quite a big job then lolComment

na just rename al the codes u want the owners to be able to change from images/logo.gif etc etc to a folder that they can upload too ie smilies. .so all the paths would be smilies/logo.gif smilies/banner.gif etc etc simplesComment

if u know what your doing its easy enough :P but for someone to code it for you would mean changing all your index page and basically anywhere there is a picture it would need changing to a variable
unless you do it the not so good way and have it so picture names have to be exactly the same as the original pic names and format .....
if you are hosting scripts for people then the chances are they will try uploading owner.png when its meant to be owner.gif or something like similar to that and wonder why it doesnt work.
But you never know there might be someone on here who has already coded it and is willing to share :PComment

yeh that is one prob @ something else lol .but if u specify the names of the files they need to upload u minimise your problems . . if u got a good code editer it dont take long at all to do the main part of script ..Comment

i guess you could get away with it by creating a php image of the original so its the right format and then saving it to server .... use a dropdown box to select which picture it is replacingComment

unless all your pic formats are in the same format?
if they are you could just allow uploads of that format.... then use a drop down box to choose which pic you are overwritting and then auto rename the picture name to the one choose in the drop down menuComment
