Ip ban problem

plz solv my problem bro, when i am banning ip of any user, than got page blocket too,all user getting ip ban, hw to solv thz problem? Where is mistake bro?? In index code is, if(isbanned($ipa, $brm)), same code in core, hw i can solv this problem, i want if i wil b ip ban of any user, only that one user got ip banned not to othaz, where i did mistake?

same here.i cant help untill i cant see codes u used.but i can give u a idea that is ban the ip with the help of .htaccess.it works far better than using script ipban.
