shout history showing need to show smilies not smilies codes

how to show smilies even in shout history in shout history i cna only see the codes of smilies but i want to display the smilies instead of the codes, help me thanks

excuse me what are you telling about in shout history i need to show it as smilies in main menu i can see smilies but if i go to shout history in list.php it shows the smilies code example -example- not the smilie i want to show the smilie. what to do
