Session xpired problem

Help me any one. . .i cannot access to my site. . Evrytime i login it always say session xpired , my site is almost 2 m0nths d0ne, but i cannot i access my owner account bcoz of session xpired, pls help me guys, help! ! !or kindly p.m me, i really need your help. .tnx

goto settings table and change the sesexp value its probably been set to zero by accident

go in database and search there the table SETTINGS probably is 0

No bro. . My ibwf_settings and ibwf_sess is already reset , so when search for the table settings is turned to zer0, all i want to kn0w is how to fix it. . .

change the zero on the sesexp field to 20
