fiends, i want to launch my own search engine.
I have complete scripting but befor launching this i want to get some information about that. like
1.) Which types of certificates i needed for this ?

2.) Which server is best for this ?
etc. etc.

Can anyone give me full information about this?????

May be you can try VPS server first, if cannot then move to Dedicated server. I believe you have to move them to Dedicated server finally. :P

I would expect the laws would be the same for any site just abide by the laws of your country of residece, privacy laws etc
