I think you need wait very long :D because for wapbuilder coding you need very goooood skills of php.

And look around, wapamp.com ONE OF THE BEST xtgem.com ONE OF THE BEST you now how much time and money they spent for this? its not just php are useing.

Look around, today is not that day, when you was crating simple site, and you have alot of ppl. Now need hard work for good results.

Dedicated hosting is simply the best thing to use when you have a high traffic/data site most shared hosting companies would simply kick your ass if you tried to use a service of that multitude on there servers.

The CPU usage would pass there limits there for slowing the server down for other users.

I will try to outline why the reason a Good, Reliable and Secure dedicated servers cost so much in simplest terms i can think of just so you understand it a bit more.

Dedicated servers are not virtual they are "Real Hardware". You essentially leases an entire server not shared with anyone else. Think of it like renting out a PC that you just brought that cost around $400 - $30,000 dollars or more.

Dedicated servers are connected to a dedicated direct line to the Internet backbone this provides you with bandwidth usually of the highest quality. As you can imagine this will cost the data center where the server is hosted a lot of money.

With Shared hosting your are still on a dedicated server. However each client is allocated a slice of the dedicated recourses allocated to that server. Just like a humble pie the more people that want a piece the smaller the pieces get.

Then there are other areas of dedicated servers that will require the hosting company, data center etc to pay people to do stuff on your behalf. Hardware Replacement, Reboots, Technical Support, backups. You can bypass some of these costs by managing your own server and proving your own technical support.

You could also opt to buy your own server outright would cost you quite a bit of money but after a while would pay for itself. Then you would just pay to relocate it at a data-center of your choice and the bandwidth that you require, maintenance (You buy the replacements, HDDS etc). Buying your own server also has the benefits of having less terms and conditions to follow.

Yes there is bro. Apache, PHP and MySQL use one of the auto installers from any of the below sites as its faster than setting them up one by one.

Install PHP 5 Apache MySQL on Windows : WampServer
apache friends - xampp for windows

I use wamp to test my scripts without having to upload its easy to use and has next to no setup required.
