quiz room(help)

does someone has a script where QUIZ MASTERS and other staffs has special chatbox at the top of the room where staffs are the only one who can see/use it? for example

Go to script forum, and find the thread of tamagotchi,L9,smilies generator etc. author by: kaboom and download the chat.zip, it have 2 quiz room, one is auto and the one is your request,

if you see wapmetal's post, it have rid=173 then go to your ibwf_room then insert to room id=173 or go to ur admincp and create chatroom with id number 173,
