Member registeration without register

Like if we want to block a member name from registration is there any code . Just put the code $member id $ paswrd and member is added to the db without registration. I hope u guyz r understanding what i am trying to say ?

if u look on wapdesire v2 there is line that adds in database when a member is deleted they cannot signup with that username even though its deleted all u need to do is have registration look in a table or usernames that match and class the username in the list as not allowed so say table nicks has admin in there if they try register admin it will say its not allowed

No i am trying to say that if u just instal a new script. And ur registration is disable. So can we just add a code and the user is automaticaly registered to the site. I need this code .

where do u wana add users from? as it cant just guess what they want to have lol u cant skip the registration process u can have it set to have the owners username added automaically but thats about as automatic as it gets
