replace domain with the sitname that the email server is hosted. there usually the settings. Gmail is one such service.

1 you mite have it wrong.
2 your network dont do pop3

if you server uses cpanel it might be...

Incoming Mail server: mail.jamvibez.com OR pop.jamvibez.com
Outgoing main Server: mail.jamvibez.com OR smtp.jamvibez.com
Username: [Enter your email address] (e.g you@jamvibez.com OR you+jamvibes.com)
Password: You email account password

It all depends on if your server as the mail server setup for your domain

Yes. The trace-route says that the domain or hosting that you have. Is situated on a One&One server or you purchased your domain from them and it is parked there?
