Hello,
My isipban function isnt working all the time. Some times if i ban a member's ip the member still can come in the site with different ID but the IP and browser is same.

I want to know coders why my isipban function isnt working. Or if anyone have a better code plz share here.

But he uses only one IP. Well, if I block the IP range the other users under the same IP range wont come. by the way, he is a spammer.
