hi every1 heres a template ive made for newbies who wana make vallid coding
its written in php and ive also included a vallid css document as well
both have been tested at http://validator.w3.org

note this template is just a guide for ppl who wana make their coding more cleaner and vallid.
the advantage of vallid code means alot of older color screen phones can view your pages without errors
