Wap robot problem

I have created and trained arobot and place the bot id number in the codes so that it would be my robot that people would talk wif but everytime someone write a message it says

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to www.pandorabots.com:80 (Connection timed out) in /home/......../public_html/core.php on line 1351

What could be the problem?

set the timeout limit to a higher value

i get the same error some times atm im coding 2 bots to have a convo with each other and they stayn online as users

its working now. moved to a dif server

make sure your bot already set to outcast.. Set it at pandorabot.. I think,.. Haha.
