Wapdesire_lavalair Script Help!

How to removed these errors below, i tried everything but nothing works. Please help!

These are the errors im seeing:

Also I got problem with the gallery, can't upload any. Look the attachment n u see wat im talkin about. I want to disable plusses, its annoying.
