Help in !preg_match uppercase letter

I try to write catagory name in uppercase letter bt catagory always created only 1st charector in upper. Please help me to solve ds problem.
I want to write catagory name like this
Festival SMS
Valentine Day SMS
Bt catagory create with lower letter like
Festival sms
Valentine day sms
