I hosted this script in a free hosting and it is working fine except Admin CP, Mod CP. When i go to the Admin CP or Mod CP, automatically php file will download to my pc. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this issue?

those pages are in wml so you require a wml browser to visit those pages instead of downloading them...
Or alternately you could update the script to html
