autoindex with ffmpeg

i have a goodauto index script..i want to generate auto video preview ..i have ffmpeg enabled hosting..but i can not use it wit my autoindex...if anyone know ffmpeg pls try my autoindex i m uploading here and mix ffmpeg with it....thanks

nope the script is ok! i want to mix ffmpeg with it...which i can't....if u can u may try!!
