How to create latest search with .txt files on Form action. plz masters, i need this code

If its line by line saved for the first 5 may be:

$file = file('file.txt');
foreach ($file as $k => $v) {
    if ($k < 5) echo $v.'<br/>';
} 

... if its comma separated just do explode() on it.
