my ns not propgating so i want to rn site on my ip adreess like "ip/~username"

what to put settings in .htaccess file so that it works fine,plz help

i dont understand what you are trying to do...
im guessing your trying to use mod rewrite to enable users to have there name in the url?
but im a little confused on the ip address ?

u have nthing to do with .htaccess
according to me just ask ur host provider to enable the temporary ip adress url.
so that it will be start working
may be need to disable
mod_userdir
in server

Ask your web hosting provider about temporary address.
Or check your email for hosting information.

See at your cpanel. Check server ip. then add your username.

*username = username used for login cpanel
