BlackBerry MP3 download problem

Lot of my users r complaining that they can't download mp3 songs using dr BlackBerry phone ?
i m not sure its my sites script problem or BlackBerry issue ?

It depends on whether they use bis only or normal data plan or talking or airtime if they only use the Blackberry BIS then they are restricted to 3mb file size download but unlimited browsing any download bigger than 3mb falls outside of their BIS and then they need to pay for it either by data plan or talking time tell them to download ucweb browser it has a build in downloads manager so you can download bigger files than what blackberry defines even full lenght movies are then downloadable without any other cost but BIS

or switch to https ! Same download restriction was in my country (10Mb per file) but downloading via https worked !

Now depends how do you serve your files direct or via an php file , add content type audio/mpeg header to your php file it will not work with force download header on all phones ..
