sea 1.9 script problem

Friend today i have installed sea 1.9 script but when i created folder thats not working in user mode .its redirect on hosting. check here

visit input.php and enter ur password.. then click update database.. thats it..

Ur host doesnt support Mod_Rewrite ....thats da problem
