Need to Acess files in my Other domain

I NEED SOME MODIFICATION in my htaccess or php codes such that i can call the files in my other domain ..

for eg:
Suppose all my files are in xyz.com and i need to use them also in the site xyz.net

what iam supposed to do ?
I need help urgently .iam also ready to pay a small amount if anyone is willing to do this for me ....

also my site script is simple php based auto index .. nt sql based

please help out guys ..

There are too many options...
1) you can park your new domain (xyz.net) over your Old domain (xyz.com)
2) you can use Curl or Other file grabbing option. Etc.

just redirect the users to other site. it will not take any problem as long as the other site is urs.
