Whats wrong in that script ??

srand(time());

is of no value in that script.
banner.php will shows a random image i.e. one of the 2 png or 7 gif , change

$random = (rand()%13);

to

$random = (rand(0,8));

as the previous one was wrong.
also there is nothing wrong with the sql, it just seems a sql dump, we have nothing to verify it against.
