u can extend the $_SESSION by extending the $_COOKIE as the session uses a cookie to identify the say $_COOKIE['session_id']; will contain $_SESSION['sid']="45hjgjg65jhgjh657"; etc etc or u can use the cookie id say $_COOKIE['PHPSESID']="hg456g5jh6gh5ghj"; something like that so u can make a function that extends the life of the cookie each time they load a page

if you are using $_SESSION then i think the default server time is 180
but if you are using $_COOKIE then you can set the cookie to store for longer.
your script may also limit the time of being logged out

hello friends, i am stuck in it.. my users logout automatically when they take time to reply, or restart browser.. what to do to fix this problem.. my sessions are hidden.
