urgent help related to permission to guest

hi frnd i use uloki forum


in this my guset viwe my all topic i cant hide topic

my admin cp have optn to hide to view frm guest in permmision.

but its not wrk its show all content without register !

i get in my permission.php some code

tel me its that correct if i do !

my Guest user id is 0

i do in place of 3 , 0 but its dsnt work
